Was a good meet. Two new members.

Hi all,
Thought I’d give you a little update from our last meeting on Sat 07/26/14. We had 9 members show up plus 2 new members.

We gave everyone until 4:30 to show up and then we went to “On the Border” and grabbed a bite to eat. It was little noisy so not so great for trying to have a meeting but had a good time nonetheless. We did have some great parking and shade trees so we were able visit for a little while after dinner.

Wades Cruise Night is the first Thursday in August, 8/5/14 (I think there are at least two attending, hopefully more can make it)

Corky has another road trip planned for us on the 2nd Saturday in August, 08/09

There seems to be quite a few folks interested in the Canton cruise night on Tuesday 08/12, it would be nice to have a good “Car Club” turn out since they are featuring the “Camaro”. (See details below)

Casey was able to setup dinner for us on the 4th Sat in August, 08/23. We will meet at our regular spot and leave around 4:15 to go to Cushing, TX to meet, greet and eat!

If you have anything else that you might be interested in doing as a group, please let us know what’s going on~

I will try to send a reminder email for all of these events midweek of the event.

The Cars of Palestine are meeting at Hot Rod's Burger Shop this Saturday 08/02/14....



Cars of Palestine is this Sat. They usually start showing up by 5:30 or so and stay for a couple hours. And Hot Rod's Burger Shop is right downtown by the Railroad tracks.

If the weather forecast holds true it will be a great afternoon for a cruise. Sounds like there may be a few of you interested. The last time we did a Palestine run we gathered together at the Brookshire’s on 155 & 2661. How about meeting around 4:30 and driving together as a group and meet up with some of our members who live in that neck of the woods!

Reminder: Cruise Night at Wade’s Place this Thursday. It says it starts at 5:30 but folks were coming later than that the last time, so don’t let that stop you from coming on out.
