I told the service rep that if it is scratched, I expect them to repaint or replace it. He assured me I would get everything back the way I gave it to them...but with better lifters. We will see...

No wonder the A/C quit working....You are sucking in some really dirty air...try to clean up that smoke and the A/Cshould be fine....

Gunn called today and it was not good news. After installing the new lifters and taking my car for a test drive, it was still misfiring on the one cylinder. They decided the cam was bad and are replacing it (and another new set of lifters cuz the new ones are now no good either after running with the bad cam). They have the lifters in stock now, but are overnighting the cam from a dealer in Kansas. So I'm not sure when I'll get my car back now. I doubt before the weekend, but we'll see. Stay tuned...
