I was in a hurry because of other commitments and I didn't want to remove too much material just to even it out. The more material you remove, the easier it is to get each port flowing differently. As Beauwulf already pointed out, it can be dangerous to get each port drastically different. Let me look for a better pic as an example. ...My avatar is a pretty good example but it's too small to see much detail.

Very nice bike!
You did a nice job with the DR porting... the asymmetrical sizing probably did a great job promoting swirl in the cylinder! What was the increase in flow? Did you put it on a flow bench?
