I can feel a difference already but only have about 15 miles on it and most of that I had my mom in the car.
Tomorrow I should be able to hit the pedal on the way home from work.

WOW.............That is incredible. I cannot get over how GREAT of a job you have done. This is certainly nothing that I would or could ever take on.

Can't wait to hear about the results.

I'm actually a little embarrassed to post the pics. It's not the best porting job on any of the examples that I've posted.
I was in a hurry because of other commitments and I didn't want to remove too much material just to even it out. The more material you remove, the easier it is to get each port flowing differently.
As Beauwulf already pointed out, it can be dangerous to get each port drastically different.

Let me look for a better pic as an example. ...My avatar is a pretty good example but it's too small to see much detail.

Very nice bike!

You did a nice job with the DR porting... the asymmetrical sizing probably did a great job promoting swirl in the cylinder! What was the increase in flow? Did you put it on a flow bench?

I've never had access to a flow bench but I've never failed to get good increases throughout the entire powerband.
The stock DR made 35HP, after I got done it made 52HP for a 49% increase.
Of course the porting was just a part of the increase.

Nice increase... turned it into a real "ditchwitch" I'll bet!

I'm looking at the new 1198.... If I can get my hands on one we'll have to line up! LOL!

I loved to ride that bike, the "go anywhere at any time" was amazing! Change lines in mid corner? Why not!
But I'm a power junkie and that topped out at about 100mph. Just wasn't doing it for me.

looking for 400.00 with no core charge. Meaning you keep your original.
A stock GM manifold is about 250.00
