Tom - I love that you're trying all of these different things, especially that you're willing to listen to input & try things out to see how everyone likes them! Kudos!!


As far as for my own $0.02...

The back SS badge first thing I thought was put an RS in the stock location, then saw several others had pointed out the same idea!

IMHO, I don't like that particular SS badge you have on the car, IMVHO it is too round of a font where everything else on the car is very angular (including the stock SS badges). I realize that's probably an older off the shelf factory SS badge from a different year, and while I do appreciate the heritage of that, I think I'd go for something that fits these cars a little better.

Just an Idea that I had:

I wanted to relocate the SS badge in the rear center like Tom did, except I want to keep the current SS badge thats on the car. Unfortunatly, the stock badges are barely not big enough to look right to just move into that area and still cover the holes.

Solution:

Other models use the same or similar style SS badges (Impala SS, Cobalt SS, TB SS). I know for a fact that the fender Impala SS badges are about twice as big as the stock Camaro SS badge, which would prolly look right in the rear center location. I like to see someone try this.

Further note:

If badge color is a issue (ex. Red SS/RS badging), the other model SS badging could be custom painted to match or be body colored to add a different look while still being subtle.

the ss badge is looking really really good! i like the guys (4got the name) idea who said to change the top right corner ss badge into an rs badge...sounds perfect!

o and jinx...im loving that carbon fiber look you got going on on the back of that car!

It looks so much better with both the stripes and the black out in gloss. The gloss and satin just clashed way to much.

I like the SS their instead of the bow tie. Then again, im not a fan of the bow tie. I really like it in Jinx design render above, that is perfect.

OMG, really? What's the grille mesh going to look like? Billet? Honeycomb? Similar to stock but the SS replaces the bowtie or...?

I like the SS logo although they look a bit crooked to the left? As far as the red SS logo up on the right of the trunk lid, how about changing that for an RS logo if this is an SS/RS?

Ya, maybe narrowing down "the blackout" a bit might be better - but I like what is there now.

Especially the stripes coming over the back of the spoiler!!! I just knew that would look great.

Yup! but the rear SS badge needs some depth....or more of an outline...or something....Maybe silver accents highlighting the letters, plus a small "platelet" actually housing the letters. But, I digress. NICE WORK!!!
