If you want to know what is coming for the 6th Gen watch the ATS, ATS-V, CTS-V and of course the new C7.

In light of that, what could be a real fun alpha Camaro package would be an AWD 4 so long as torque is up around 275+, weight under 3500lbs.

My 10-year experience with a first gen Eclipse GSX AWD (3400lbs, only 200 horse, but I popped it up to ~230) left me wanting for that kind of setup ever since. Man, that was a fun car... imagine the same in a Pedderized AWD Camaro.

This is a dumb idea for a muscle car and will weaken the platforms desirability offering a 4 cylinder a V6 and a V8 is just overkill.

Not that it matters I wont own a 6th gen anways.

History shows a 4 cylinder did not hurt other pony cars. Fox body mustangs had a horrible 4 cylinder (88HP come on!!) but everyone wanted a 5.0. They were sold successfully that the SVT Cobra was built, and then there was Saleen, and Steeda. Overall they sold a TON of V8 Fox body cars despite the 4 cylinder cars.

From the sound this 4 cylinder will be much better..... but I would still want a V8.

V8s won't be going away anytime soon. Automakers will just have to make them get better mpg.
I don't need to hear someone say that 55 is greater than 30 to know it to be true.

I'd be fine w/ it.

Turbo 4 as a base, V6 as a mid level, V8 for uplevel. Don't want a 4 cyl, don't get one, but I have no problem w/ GM offering a range of engines in the car. ATS w/ the Turbo 4 seems to be a well put together package, if 6th gen is similar, I'd be fine w/ that, wouldn't get one myself, but it would be more than respectable for a base engine.

I live in bad fast land.

which would put you in

At the OUSCI we'll have two 600 RWHP 5th Gens and two Chevrolet SONICS. One Sonic is 1,000 FWHP and the other is about 150 FWHP. On the road course I expect all four to be in the top 20

I think you need to upload a few dozen more braggadocio videos before your humiliating missteps will scroll off the page where less people will see them.

I don't want a 4 cylinder and I won't get one, but when I get my V8 I don't want to be subsidizing 4-cylinders and Hybrids that other people buy.
