It is looking like we will have twice as many people for this mod day #2.

Time for everyone to speak up...

Hank, Kerwin and I were talking today... we all feel the carry in food is the best option again. It worked great last time and then if you are hungry, you can munch and people who are not working can munch and hang around the food. I;d rather bring something and donate some money to Doug if he's willing to cook again. I think thats a much better option than trying to leave and eat, plus we have alot to do...

Thoughts?

Carry in plus some money for the grill works for me, but I'm up for anything really.

I didn't really want to do the cookout because it took too much of my time so I couldn't help with mods. (Though maybe some of you think that's a good thing. ) For lunch I was thinking of picking up three Subway platters (feeds 20-30), chips & apples. For dinner, if we are still working, we can order some pizzas or if we are done we can go out to eat or head home. We will also have a cooler of assorted drinks.

So how was Indy? I couldn't go because I had to work today making some changes to a client's system off.

I checked with the Jamestown pizza place I prefer and with quantity discounts, pizzas run 9.50 to 14.00 for 16" depending on number of toppings. Price seemed reasonable to me. They will deliver them too.

I'll help with whatever you all decide. I can bring some snacks and help pitch in $ for food too.

I think we should go with what our host is going to be comfortable with: Subway & pizzas.

Maybe a sign-up should be started so we can get a headcount to facilitate with the Subway order and per person expenses?

If folks bring veggies/desserts/drinks we can round out the menu & spend time working/watching/etc instead of driving around or grilling.

Just my thoughts :-)

My husband and I will be there. Just let me know if you need me to bring anything. We are fine with Subway and pizza..The closer we get to the 23rd I will need directions and a time to be there.. I'm so excited that I'll be around all those Camaro's.
