So, do you know which day they are doing the autocross, or is it happening the whole weekend? 'Cause I'm doing the HPDE track all day Friday, and would love to jump on the autocross for a few runs as well

Also, if we want to run the quarter-mile for a few passes just for the heck of it, do we have to participate in the competition for that as well or can we just get out there for some simple "test and tune" runs?

You can do all of it.

If you want to compete in the Sat races you need to qualify on Friday afternoon.

But if you just want to test and tune, you can do that as much as you want on Friday and Saturday am. at least... maybe a few runs in the afternoon/evening as well.

Okay cool, I'll just have to remember to do the 1320 in the morning and the autocross later. Since I'm running the HPDE both morning and afternoon on Friday, I don't know if I'll have any time to go run the 1320 on Friday. My car probably wouldn't like me too much at that point either

How do I get a qualifying hit if I am on the road course all day Friday.

So where are all the soldiers coming goin to park at? I'll just make it back from Afghanistan so I would like to meet other soliders with Camaros. Plus, it would make on hell of a group photo for the mags

As of now, we are planning on having the drive event on Saturday morning. We'll start it from the hotel which will take us the long way to the track.
