DA's here even on a cooler day can be upward of 1800... has to be about 40 degrees to get down to 0 DA or below! That's with a nice high barometer!

Like i said before there has been several people in this forum who have bought the v6 rather be b/c its all they could afford or they thought that would be plenty of car for them and in less than a year they jump at the chance of buying the ss. Yes SOME of you v6 owners love your car and thats fine but quit acting like someone stole your cookie just b/c an owner of a ss just told someone the bad things about a v6 and it hurt your feelings! Bc the statement wasn't directed towards you it was to someone who is deciding to by one or not so quit trying to justify why you bought yours and not the ss.
So with your logic, I guess you will not have sour cookies or have the least bit desire to respond, when future ZL1 owners start outlining all the bad things about the SS's, even if they are not talking about your car?

Actually it does effect me. I seen it last fall as the DA was rising through out the day my ETs were going up. Now N2O is a different story. Makes its own environment.

I wanted something fun to drive to work everyday. I'm a power freak, but I couldn't afford the extra cash (payments) on the SS. If I was in a position to get the SS I would have. But, for the reasons why I bought a 5th car, the V6 is a blast to drive everyday and I enjoy the manual trans. The seat of the pants feel is acceptable. I don't have any other sports cars...just a 2K lb. long travel sand rail with a 420hp LS1..now that's fun! lol.

I just remembered what's so much better about the V6. The wheels are much easier to clean than the V8.

I really loathe cleaning the V8 wheels ...

Man, you are my hero. I hope you chime in on all of these V8, V6, "discussions"! lol

How could anybody possibly disagree with what you have to say?

...Good job!! (hope I got this right, that is if you do own a v6 and a v8!) lol
