I did not do my spoiler with it....I painted that with actual paint lol. The plastidip is pretty incredible though. I think it would work on a spoiler no problem! I may do my mirrors with it...the little things.

Awesome! Just go for it, its fun haha. It took me a while only because I'm working out of a college dorm room, I had to clean my wheels in the shoewr, tape of my bedroom etc, jack my car up and leave it in a college campus, scary thoughts lol.

But in total I would say it takes 2 hours to paint all the wheels if you do it straight through. I used note cards wedged between the tire to mask it so that made it quick. Scrubbing and cleaning takes some time but mine were awfully dirty.

I'll see you saturday morning! hopefully you get them done by then.
Any questions shoot me a PM

I've got some gnarly curb marks on my right front wheel. Wondering if this would cover it up as well?

I just did my wheels today. They came out pretty good. Of course, everything went perfect up until the last wheel and the last lug nut. The lug grabbed on the plasticdip and started to pull it as i torqued it down :( Looks like I have a wheel to fix......But other than that, all i did was wash the wheels, wipe them down, dry them off with the air hose, and then spray. I did 2 coats on the inside of the rims and 3 on the outsides. I left the chrome lugs, and also put my red bowtie on the center cap back on, adds a nice touch

I would say yes - the PlastiDip will cover it up.

I'm going to just get mine powder coated soon anyway. There's a local shop that will do them for $25 a piece!

Time to try peeling off all that PlastiDip. I'll report back on how that part goes.

Third layer of plasti-dip went on today. Will be painting later and hopefully putting the clear on tomorrow or Tuesday. Hopefully the cold and rain stay away.
