Actually there are 2 marks that the tensioner mark falls between that is optimum.

The belt we sent Hammdo was for our 2.50 upper pulley kit

On stock pulley config we usually use a 0610.His 0615 might get swapped come dyno time. These belts stretch slightly with age

Not a problem! This kit is AWESOME and that is such a small issue. I figured I'd just bring up the one from the kit and change it for the right one. I found 2 belts in the range and took the belt that was 102 vs 100. Thanks for clarifying on the tensioner! I only saw 'Rotate' on the tensioner...

OK, a visit to ADM cleared up the tensioner and belt.

First, the belt I installed was not 100% in the 'range' of the tensioner. That location is on the side:

Just on the edge but not where it needs to be.

Next, the correct belt:

And its setting:

Now the final look!:

j

Yes, much better, thanks Andy!

Now, the headers and exhaust tubes are ON!:

Gaskets (2):

Drivers (torqued to 18 ft. lbs):

Passengers:

Now the exhaust:

Ty-rap the drivers side O/2:

More to come!

Now, part of the PCV system that I had to add was from the Valley Cover to the SC intake.

I removed the plug and then added this tube:

Before:

After:

Push the connectors in until you hear it 'click' into place...

So, you went to a longer belt and it moved the tensioner inward? Am I reading this right?

OK, installed the plugs (Torque to 15 N·m (11 lb ft)):

Little anti-seize and ready to go. NOTE: NGK says anti-seize is not necessary. You're mileage may vary...

Installed the EVAP line and Fuel line (also hard lines) and put on the clips:

Installed ground wire -- had to use the 'old' ground bolt -- cut it back and ground the edge, and dip-stick:

Throttle body:

Installed the vent line and ty-rapped the TB Connector (used a little vacuum grease on the gasket):

Torqued to 89 inch lbs:

Now after I put this on I thought 'wow, the throttle body is close to the SC pulley' but here is plenty of clearance:

Now, using the PCV line that came with the kit, I was able to utilize the L99 valve cover clip and get this working!:

Drivers side:

Routing:

Passengers (with a small amount of RTV) :

Closer!:

Can't pay bills without that...

It will get there

Oil in and Radiator hoses on the engine (used AGS grease on those!):

Lots of debate but went with this for the startup:

Hoses:

Next, the heat exchanger, pump, and hoses!

Saturday is part 'work' day...

More to come!

Yep, its coming. Have to decide on which 'side' to put it on. I need to get everything together first so I can see 'where' I can mount it!

Thanks!

Yep, that's what appears to be the case! I would have thought it would go the other way...

OK, working on the hoses for the Supercharger lid this morning. I used the clamps I bought and special fittings from ADM, along with the 'hose' covering I purchased from Master-Carr (3/4) and made these (used 2 5/8 90* bends):

Custom hose (used a 90* 5/8 elbow and 1 of the custom fittings from ADM):

Hose from kit:

This included the fitting that worked with the 5/8 90* barb.

Side shot:

Custom hose (used fitting from ADM, 90* 5/8 barb and a hose with a 90* bend (5/8):

Ready for heat exchanger!:
