Diana and I enjoyed hanging with the Camaro's at Fridays last night. Our time with Robert and Chris was fun and also educational. Found out things my salesman never told me (he probably didn't know). Listened to a few different exhausts, came home and just made an offer for a boxed Borla full catback exhaust system with x pipe. Waiting to see if offer accepted. Next on the "to buy" list will likely be an engine cover. Can't decide between the flame job in blue or the blue lights. So many things I want and so little money. Thanks again for the warm welcome. I can hardly wait to get my 2011 IBM 2SS and drive to Fridays. I'm supposed to get by the end of Nov according to salesman....can't pin him down further than that.

SPREAD THE WORD: On Friday, November 5th, we're going to move down the road a little bit (opposite side) to Joe's Crab Shack at 12485 IH 10 West. 7 PM

I met John Ramirez (General Manager) of Joe's Crab Shack two weekends ago at the Bass Pro Shop car show. He expressed his interest in having our club over one Friday evening to hang out. Went by the restaurant today to scope out and talk more with John.

The place has a great patio that will overlook where our cars will be parked in reserved parking. There is room for many cars. The patio is also connected to a big outside playground for the kids! If it gets too chilly, the patio has heaters that can be cranked up to keep us warm. John gave us some complimentary appetizers that we can take advantage of too.

Changing it up yet again....please reply and let me know if attending and how many your bringing with you.

P.S. Exit 559 is the best exit to take getting there.

Hey, I was looking through the pics from SEMA, and in Tribones Wednesday pics, group five, there are some really great pics of Joe Calderons Camaro, Racer778. He is front and center of the main hall as people approach to enter the show.

Nice pics and some more mods since we saw it last...
