New hood or did you modify the original? Looks great, and I'm jealous of the wheels!

Hmm.. that's not too bad of a hole to cut. I figured it would have needed a bigger hole. Did you have to cut the under structure as well?

Yes,had to cut it all out.Used a Dremel for the corners and air cut-off tool for the rest.Aluminum made it easy to cut.Had to drill 6 holes, which I had to go back and oval out to get the insert square with the cowl lines.

Got any pictures of the underside? Curious how it works with the hood liner & all...

I don't of mine, there are some on the C5 link in earlier post, along with instructions.Hoodliner is put back on after cutting hole, then cut the liner same size as hole.Bolt in water deflector under hood to channel water to top of radiator.

I kept mine after the baby... So far! Getting ready to switch to the huge car seat (still backwards) and I don't think it will fit.. If you do sell, good luck! But know that it can work for at least a while! I take my lil man to daycare every day in the Camaro!

Yea...this will be our second. So it may be a little tight. Also, with me having a truck already, two toys that require money doesn't make "grown-up" sense maybe later.
