This single-turbo car didn't turn out too bad:

That is actually a good thing -- you get to sell them and put that money toward the turbo kit

You can run shorty's if you want but it is a total waste of money on a stock engine / stock boost level.

It "Could" be but it all depends on how the single-turbo is configured and which turbo is chosen. With having such a small boost window you almost have to spring for a ball-bearing cartridge to get a large enough turbo to make 400+rwhp and still not be horribly laggy.

I think on this particular car you can save *Some* money on a single set-up but it wouldn't be a lot. The twin set-up would spool quicker and offer a broader power-band that would make it the better choice even if I sold both options IMO. Then I would have a single-kit I would never sell

The single advantage would be cost cost cost *IF* I was OK tossing on a ChinaBay turbo and telling you to sign a waiver

We use the stock manifolds on the V8 and V6 Camaro kits. They don't "Hinder" power at all short of 750rwhp from our testing thus far. We did run shorty's on the V8 SS that made 1090rwhp but that was only because the stock manifolds wouldn't work with his specific heads.
