Yeah, did a little better today...besides the first run and stablitrack bogged me in 2nd...but with my stock tires (2.0-2.1 60') and losing traction in 2nd (chirping and going sideways) I could get those 12's...plus who knows when my CAI started slipping off as it did...Drew should have my revised tune this upcoming week too..I'm probably not going to Phx, so I should be at the next local TnT.

I hope to get my stock resonator finally swapped out and try to get some DRs too..

Using the DA calculator my 13.2's are 12.7-12.8

Was a good time today, meeting more people while "hurrying up and wait" was in full effect, lol

and less seats in the car ! Get that oil changed before you honk on your car again...but I think next week is RC Cola thing and its only 1/8 mile?? Then the next weekend is closed for PIMA Fair, plus my girl is coming into town for that weekend. My birthday is the 27th so I was thinking of having a party or something that weekend following my B-day after the races etc.

I want to go to Phx but with all the mods and the plane tix, I need to slow down lol..

I wanna go up to firebird too. I always run quicker up there. I just finished getting the bugs worked out on my new tune on my 4 door. I was still running out of fuel up top, and I need to relearn launching with these NT-05's. Yeah I am back

Yeah but I don't know if you can run during the Camaro5 Fest II thing thats happening this weekend...might need to have a Camaro, I really don't know. Plus I know you have to register to do the events...BUT, like you said if we create a team and there is a TnT day up there we can make a road trip out of it.

Also get with me about a car show in October that will also be a GREAT volunteer opportunity for 3 High Schools - it is a sponsored event, over 60 trophies, Hot Rod run w/ police escort - that raises money for 3 HS's to have a safe graduation event.

Hopefully you have a revision for me today. I also might need to soften shift firmness? and clear the MAF code. I have class today until 17:15pm tho.

I hope you get your traction strightened out...the pull we did after your re-tune felt better...I think you are rolling kinda into my situation of power vs traction...mine at line is ok, 2.0 60' in those stock PZeros is good with 37 PSI, but 2nd gear im spinning and sliding.

I might be able to get some tq management going into second get, 75%-80% might fix the sliding and harsh shift going into 2nd. 2nd is a brutal gear on most high HP RWD auto cars, firmness can be softened also. (Just don't want it too gentle, that could lead to slipping.) The softer the shift the more the gears are rubbing together instead of slamming together. Strangely enough, slamming together is better on the transmission then rubbing in most cases. (Its more complete contact)

The code erased itself, but its still stored in the history, and I will clear that out. I will have a revision for you today with a softer shift too.

and I understand that of slam contact vs. soft logic...but the downshifts seem leary...as we spoke before. I am prolly losing a tenth or so with the hard 2nd and sliding. I was just letting you know the light went out so when you come, and its gone you are not like WTF, lol.

sweet. 12's on streets would be nice...still need to troll for rims+DRs that will fit.

C6 Z06 fronts fit with a 305/45/18 tire. You have to make sure they have the Z06 offsets. I don't remember them off the top of my head but I could find them if you are interested.
