I get to see the Regal two weeks from now at the Columbus Auto Show. Then I get to annoy my parents about it the entire drive home.

My first computer was a 8088 back in 1991? It was more a novelty than a business tool, I suppose alternate fuels will need a similar growth period. Our generation may have to die off before an electric Camaro is accepted. "Dinosaur guts FTW!"

I have a win story for your buddies at Cadillac.....

On monday I was driving south thru Dallas when a CADILLAC suv and a Kia impacted in the northbound lanes.....
..... The Kia came to a rest on the northbound side, the Caddy skidded toward the center barrier, flipped over it, and slid to a stop beside me. (Only God's grace kept me from T-boning her right in the roof!)

I called 911 before I ever got my seatbelt off with the approximate location, investigator said OnStar called right after with exact location.

The center barrier is ~3ft tall on the northbound side, ~5ft tall on southbound side. The Caddy went thru 3 solid impacts (the Kia, the barrier and the drop from the barrier to the southbound roadway), and the driver climbed out of the sunroof and was walking around. She left in an ambulance, but investigator said she checked out ok!

By the looks of it, the car rolled right over the center barrier. That is a nasty crease on the center of the windshield header.

Thanks for sharing that.

The Lexus impacted her slightly on the roof, forgot that one. The crease may be from that.

Crazy thing is... I watched it happen, but I can't tell you what happened beyond watching her jump the barrier and bracing for impact. My first thought was that she hit the Kia solid, but her front end is intact.
