Definetly agree. For instance I'd like an aluminum gas cap but I don't want to have to get a big wing or skirt kit for that.

Other thing I'd like to add is I know I and a lot of other people would like to see several stripes options. I'm hoping for stripes as close to on Bumblebee/vert concept personally.

First off, this is the first time I've been excited about cars in a long time!

Already love this car!

LS3 6 speed manual.

If you use AFM, we need an exhaust cutout, kind of like the current Corvette option that boosts LS3 power to 436, but more. AFM sounds bad in 4cyl. mode. That's why the Pontiac G8's exhaust is obnoxiously quiet. So open up the exhaust, but when AFM kicks in 4cyl. mode, muffle the racket. We want rumble even with AFM, but perhaps manual trans LS3's won't use AFM at all...

Either make the front fascia air scoop functional or make it go away - Ram Air is good! Give it the Bob Lutz test- "Do you see BMW's with fake hood scoops?" The G8 GXP had a giant wing spoiler until Bob caught it just in time, before launch. The G8's hood scoops are fake though, and that bugs me too; But I like the look...

Build Quality, Build Quality, and no orange-peel paint

I'd like to see all of the tires the same size so that they can be rotated.
LS3 with AFM, Direct Injection, and E85 capable with the option to upgrade to an LS8.
The antenna relocated inside the side view mirrors?
Paddle shifter.
True Dual Exhaust.
Trunk Mounted Battery.
Blue Tooth
Halo Headlights
4:10 rearend available with a Locking Differential.

LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3

Is that clear enough? lol

I agree with Rich, factory S/C'd would be nice but i rather be given a nice N/A platform to work off of. Then i can choose where i want to go from there, whether it be turbo, S/C or stay N/A.

Sports suspension
Halo headlights

EDIT-

Oh yeah and please give me some BEEFY brakes.

Ok I didn't read the past replies. Pardon me if I over lap.

- Bumblebee color scheme, Gold with Black Racing Stipes.

- Open Vents on fender and front bumper.

- Premium Wheel option, Concept 22 in rear and 20 in front, Chrome, Polished Aluminum

- NO antenna

- Halo Headlights

- As close to Concept interior

Other than that, the car looks great. I take it the RS, which is the Base model will be front scoop-less. I hope they keep the scoop on the Z28 and SS model as I think they will Judging by the AZ video.

Oh, I forget ot mention.

The singnal lights on rear and front should be thinner, I say make the LED, they'd be brighter anyway!

Thanks Elie for doing this, you're helping a lot of people work through the anticipation!

1. What are fuel economy targets for both the V6 and V8?

2. Can we expect headlamps similar to the concepts?

3. Will there be an air inlet at the front of the hood for both models or only the bigger engine models (V8)?

4. What power ratings can we expect from the V6 + V8? I know this has been paraphrased in the press many times (and I don't trust them).

Thanks!

Overlap is good... it lets them know which options and features are more desirable

First is thanks Garfin!

Ok, I love the pre-production as it's coming along so my suggestion won't be insane, I think.

1. Head up Display
2. Concept rims, they looked so wicked and mean
3. Dual stripe option (painted)
4. Cooling cup holder (my cup has a spill resistant lid!)
5. Dual climate control (most cars have it, just want this option!)
6. Concept shifter handle
7. Auto dim mirrors
8. (Dynamic) Laser sensing cruise control
9. Bluetooth (controls on steering wheel)
10. Zeon headlights
11. LED tail lights
12. Side mirror heaters

In all reality this post is pretty much pointless. The disciples feedback has already been given. The planned trip in may is only for them to see the fruits of their labor and to see if the engineers/designers understood what they talked about. That being said here is some address to the "ridiculous" wants below.

T-tops, NOT HAPPENING GET OVER IT, IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.

Bumblebee color wont happen its TO EXPENSIVE.

Factory Options will be bundled, Its a mass produced car, its how its done in manufacturing.

Backup lights are where they will be, learn to live.

XM/radio antenna - Uh this is standard, learn to live.

As Fbodfather says.. KEEP THE FAITH that you will get a car as close to the concept as is practical, feasible, and economical.

The racing stripes on Bumblebee were nice, they should be an option, as well as the color, plain yellow might not look quite right.

HARDTOP convertible, please!!!! The G-6 has one, why not the Camaro?

Have a HUD be an option on the higher level models, it would enhance the "cockpit" feel of the car.

Radio/Cruise Control buttons on the steering wheel, I like being able to keep my hands on the wheel ALL the time.

Love the guage cluster in the center console....VERY cool!

they cannot make the side signal lights any smaller they have to reach reg. size....but if we are giving opinions i would like to see the front end lowered alittle like the mustang (assuming that you have smaller wheels i know u cant really do that with 20s in the front)
