What a horrible tragedy. Prayers going out for the surviving family - it's gonna be tough carrying on after something like this.

It has become much too easy for almost any jackass to get behind the wheel of a vehicle.

As for the responsible parties? All I will say is they really need to bring back public corporal punishment. When idiots are made the fools that they are in front of a town circle, often they would rather not show themselves again, or at least not until they have undergone a striking reformation.
