So the blackout is vinyl? I want to get mine painted, but if vinyl looks that good that's what I'll do!

 They had to do a seam on mine down the middle of the bottom part. It is not noticeable unless you stand close to it.

I have in mind to do the same, incl. the tail light bezels, but not flat black maybe a satin or gloss black.
