The one in this video at least wasn't. Only interior thing I noticed was the red ring around the tach seemed to be blinking.....maybe it was just an artifact of the video, but it almost appeared to function like a shift light. Anyone ever heard of that?

Ok, hard to see in this image but I watched the vid again. The red ring on the tach is 'blinking' the entire time. It was an auto but was supposed to be an SS. Although you can tell from the view things weren't going well for it!!!

Not on the U.S.-spec Camaro...I think I do recall another video with it blinking just because of the video quality/frequency of the light.
