I love when they call 4 doors 'saloons' and how coupe is pronounced coup-ay on top gear. Man that show is awesome. Even the cinematography makestheir episodes about any old car just beautiful.

And if you raise the bonnet you can see the 376ci LS3. Well, at least that's what GM states the ci as in the Official Ordering Quick Reference.

Ok, here we go.. Volume = Pi*(D)^2*L*(# of cylinders) or Pi*(bore)^2*Stroke*(# of cylinders SO... a engine that has a 3'' bore and a 4'' stroke would be as such: Volume (displacement) = 3.141592654*(3'')^2*(4'')*8 = 904.8 inches^3.
1inch = 2.54cm (exact) - length 100cm = 1m (exact) - length 1000L = 1m^3 (exact) - volume 1L = 1000cc (exact) - volume So a 302 inch^3 would the same as ... {(302inches^3 * )((2.54cm)^3)/1inch^3) * ((1m^3)/(100cm)^3) * ((1000L)/(1m^3))} = 4.948L (4948cc) |

For those of you who are as detailed as I am when it comes to things such as numbers, please excuse the amount of significant figures. Hope that helps.
