Agree...I'm NOT by far an iPhone fanboy or something lol (I'd take a Droid) but I know enough about smartphones to know the iPhone is far from a 'has-been'.

I wouldn't rely on the 1/8 and 1/4 mile times to be entirely accurate...close but not completely accurate. As with the dashhawk, and dynolicious, and other apps I've seen, they tend to be OK at measuring times, but not that close with the MPH.

If you think the Iphone is not a has been.. You obviously have not used both..

I use an Iphone for my personal line, and android stuff for my business line.

IPHONE is very weak in comparison, even to the older android stuff.. The new 4g stuff, just completely blows it out of the water..

Thank you very much but move on is what you should be saying to your Iphone if you have yet to ttry out the newer android stuff.

I just recieved my bluetooth dongle in the mail. I have the ELM 327 and I can get it to connect to my phone just not pair. Anybody else have this problem??

The main problem with these cheap scanners is that they only provide you with SAE scanning ie you cannot scan knock retard, commanded afr, etc. so theres only a minimal amount of useful information you can gain.

I got it working and its pretty sweet. A tiny bit delayed but its pretty sic. Cant wait til spring so I can get the car out and try it out.

It shows Knock Retard and Commanded AFR for my GTO.
