no i didn't get it in writing but i was told that they ad only taken one order before me.in- italy i was told to expect the car sometime at the end of April or by the middle of march.

Lol, hopefully the buyer's only disappointment is that he won't get his car anywhere close to that date. Well that and I guess when he finds out he payed way over MSRP but by this time that may be all that is avaliable in that area

To be fair to them they do state:

"IN ADDITION, IF A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED THE DEPOSIT MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE VEHICLE IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE STATED DELIVERY DATE.IN THESE SITUATIONS,THE DEPOSIT MUST BE REFUNDED AT THE BUYERS REQUEST."

Hopefully whoever would buy this would get their money back when the March 30 date goes by and they don't have a car.

i sent a ebay message also .to stop bullshitting customers. they wrote back blow me ..i was thinking of reporting them to gm .a friend of mine in newyork that worked for gm got fired for less then that .good luck to who ever bids on that

Well here's the reply I got after pointing out the changed production date and the mathematical impossibility of their delivery date...ver batim below!

We are just trying to pre sale camaros. We have already ordered 5 cars and we will be getting some of the first ones, Why are you so angry about my ad. You must be a fun person to hang out with, I dont think you are a camaro type of guy. Maybe a saturn would be more your speed. Please do not email me again and waiste my time. Thank You Jeff

I didn't think I came off as angry when I emailed him about calling

on his ad, just speaking what I believe to be close to the truth. And mostly trying to make him realize that he's not the only dealer in America that has placed an order for this beloved car. And I don't mean the Saturn!!!
