GMMG is also a good sounding exhaust, but u need high flow cats with it or it will be raspy

It's nice to see a person enjoying their Camaro. Today was a nice day to remove the t-tops! It was so nice out, I backed the SS out of the garage and gave it a bath.

As for painting the sail-panel. I'd hold off for now. The weather isn't the best for a freshly painted anything, nor is it a good idea to do it with all the crap on the roads. :(

So just enjoy the Z until Spring, then let the mods begin!

I don't mean that in a bad way, but looking at the engines stock for stock the LS1 has more power and seems to have more potential. Mind you I've never owned either and these are my outsider observations.

I would hope that a gen III motor would come out with more power stock than a gen II motor would. if it didnt, that would kinda be backwards in the progress of things. I will say that the LS1 is a great motor. but ill keep my LT1 for power.

fixed.

as ive said before,
LS1s are smooth, clean power.
LT1s are rough, punch your mother in the gut and kick you in the ass power.

and I like it rough.

On another forum, one guy described LT1's as being "Old School Muscle", combined with the growl and rumble they make when you floor it (in safe conditions of course), sometimes it just doesn't get old

It's that noise that just says: GET the HELL OUT OF MY WAY!!
