Are the power windows faster than 4th gen?

Just what the subject says... are the power windows faster up/down than 4th gen? Thanks for all the pics you all put out all weekend, wish I could have been there.

yea i never realized how small that window was until the third day of INDY where I saw a pic of the IVER and all you could see was like the neck up of the guy sitting in it.

I'd rather have crank windows. I like the classic stripper model appeal of pumping my windows.

They're not "fast"...but like it's been said -- there's less window to roll down. So they disappear quicker.

I fail to see the point behind this.

I want high performance Power Windows. Anything that takes over 0.08 seconds is too darn slow. A flux capacitor boost to the window electronics.

This is definitely needed in light of the "World Class Cup Holders", which aren't heated or cooled I might add!

Good Lord folks, let's lighten up here. Those were darn beauftiful cars. I have never seen any magazine perform a performance test on power windows. If we ever get that far, then enjoy driving your Prius!

I saw them roll up the windows on the cars just before it started to rain on Saturday at Indy. Like it has been said, speed records will not be set, but it isn't painfully slow either. I don't think it will be noticeable. You will just roll up the windows and not think anything of it. This is unlike my current ride, an 89 bonneville, where I could fall asleep waiting for the windows to go up.

I am also interested in faster power windows as well as ones that will last easily past 75,000 miles.
