I just went thru this and have used two diff components to solve the problem - so now :

my halos are the DRL's - NOTHING else is on during the day - this is diff than the big gen5diy harness...
at night everything burns - fogs, headlights,parking lights and halos

all for about $70 - and simple hand tools - 15 min installation...

Yes, others will make you a custom harness, but not for $70....

and when on sale its less to.

I got a harness from ge5diy that allows the DRLs to be fogs. It shuts all lights off during the day. I need another harness to get the Halos as DRLs. Halfway there.

Its the same as the DRL harness but its made to work like you wanted so i dont have a link.
