No. Make sure the seal on top of the air box is seated all the way

You need to triple check the front of the box to make sure it's not sitting on the rubber hose of the AC line. And as Mike mentioned, toward the back if the box it is likely sitting on the edge of the clip that holds the aluminum ac tubing. Mine was sitting on both...and I was initially sure I had it on correctly.

For sure its not sitting on the plastic clip of the AC Line. It also looks okay in the grommet. The seal is on all the way as well on top of the box. What the heck else can it be?

UPDATE: I fixed the problem. Apparently the box was so tight that I wasn't pushing down hard enough.

Glad to hear it. Our air box is a snug fit. We thought about leaving the flange off the lower section of the air box at the point of the A/C clip, but that is a bad place to have an air gap.
