I called Greta this morning and she told me to send in the form and some pictures and a check. So I just sent it away in the mail next day air.
So hopefully I will be going too. What motel are you staying at ?

I'll be attending Pole Day on Saturday May 21st so I can't wait to see the Pace Car Reunion! I too will be taking/posting a plethora of pictures. Where on the infield will you guys be displayed?? Yes, that's the great thing about Pole Day, a five dollar entrance fee gets you into the stands and the infield. The access on this weekend is tremendous! You get to roam around the entire facility, which is something you can never do on an actual race day, unless you spend a lot of money for it. While on the infield we saw lots of Indycar drivers and owners as well as a whole parking lot of 2010 Camaro Indy Pace Car festival cars and the actual Pace Camaro. HOTEL: Wingate, by the Indianapolis Airport, 1.9 miles from IMS. The prices are reasonable and its CLOSE!!! I've changed my plans and will be heading up on Thursday, May 19, early morning. That will put me in Thursday evening and prep'd to roll 2 miles early the next morning to get in the line that is sure to form.

Scott, we might be hard to find, but we won't be able to be missed!

Pace Car, name is Michael, Jason is PaceSS. PM us so that we can work some link up plans. If anyone else is heading to the Reunion, feel free to jump in as well!

Got the email from Greta today and said that my car had been accepted. So now to get the rooms at the Wingate. Can't wait to meet yall there on Thursday night.

I checked with Mrs. Greta late last week and she said that official notice will be going out very soon. She did confirm that the director has approved #44!! I changed my reservation and added an extra day so I can come in on Thursday. The family is coming along now as well!

Well I called the Wingate and they don't know the difference between there A__ and a hole in the ground. So I am getting a roon at the Radisson. Hope to see you all at the track on Friday.

David, I just called and spoke with the manager and she was extremely helpful in adding my additional day. If you called a 1-800 number, I understand your frustration. This is the direct line to the hotel. I urge you to give it one more shot so that we can all try and co-locate!! If not, we'll definitely link up at the track!
