Question for you- - -where is the USB plug port ??? I didn't see any wires to the stereo??? DO we know for sure if we can use a jump drive?!? You have no idea how much this would make my life so much more easier!! No burning cd's, no more compilation mp3 cd's, no scratched up discs, steering wheel controls?!?!?

Good job!!!
i think it is supposed to be onside the consol compartment, so you can plug it in and close it up and nobody will know it is in there.. I think there is also supposed to be a 12V power plug in there.

Just that they're working on getting it to look right and that if they can't get it right it won't be on the cars. He did say that he saw one a while back and it didn't look right in his opinion.

The USB port is included on the 2LT, 2SS, or 1LT with the Connectivity package. It is located inside the center console storage compartment. 99.9% sure a USB flash drive with MP3 and/or WMA files on it will work exactly the same way.

Good post UCF. I was there Sat and man did this car get a ton of attention. I must say it felt good sitting inside! Just by looks, I think my fourth gen Z28 had more rear seat room.

cars are like women, some are old, some are new, some get turned on easily some need a lot more help, some you just wanna drive into the river, some you can't wait to get inside of, some are expensive to maintain, some are low maintenance, however if you treat them right, you'll have her for the rest of your life.....

I spent alot of time in it Friday and I was just really disappointed they didn't bring an SS. But I finally found out that my tall ass will fit in it so that's all I really needed to know.

About the seat room... it really depends on the height/size of the passengers. I'm 5'8" and with the driver's seat adjusted an adult around my size could probably sit a bit uncomfortably behind me or a child easily. Similar goes for the passenger seat but they can sit further forward not having a steering wheel and pedals n all. So yea, if the whole crew is rather tall, it might not work (at least not comfortably). I was rather impressed by the adjustability of the driver seat in particular. Vertically it can be adjusted probably 3-4inches (maybe more). The steering wheel telescopes a good bit too so shorter or taller drivers can get a comfortable distance to the pedals. There was a shorter lady who sat in the driver's seat and after she adjusted the wheel and seat there was boatloads of room in the back.

Great post, i was thinking the same thing about the USB drive when i was t the autoshow yesterday. A USB drive wouldsave soo much space that would be normally taken up by CDs! Nice. Lmao i like where in the video it says "dont listen to this guy"
When i sat in the SS yesterday, there felt like there was plenty of room, im 5"11, so im guessing it depends on how the seat was adjusted. I noticed that the headrest was adjusted way up so maybe the person who set it up was very tall to begin with. As for the backseat, it seems more spacious then the Mustang, im not sure if it is, but my entire family said that and they dont feel too uncomfortable in the back of my brothers mustang. So all in all, this car is great and the feeling you get when you sit in the Camaro assures you that the wait you have endured for the past 3, 4 or 5 years has been well worth it!

I sat in the back of one at the detroit show, and i would say its about the same as my 4th gen, however the back seats are way more comfortable in the 2010. Someone sat in the front seat too while i did it to make sure that they had room. I'm only 5'8" but i was actually pretty comfortable, the person sitting in front was probably about 6' and he said he had plenty of room too, its deffinatly usable.

Awesome set of pics. Nice speakers, clean power dist block. I like it a lot....

My only suggestion would be still. Is in the future years don't have that integrated AC and radio and would have a 1 or 2 DIN hole.

I think that having DIN would make the vehicle more "street rep" attractive and remove a complaint that is sure to pop up in the future.
