I bet that the LFX will be much more boost friendly than the LLT was due to the upgraded fuel pump. Also, were the sae numbers on e85?

Only one tuning option for our current LLT is kinda bothersome. I can see all the tuning companies that are probably going to jump on this since I heard that is not the same bosch ECU that no one want to really mess with.
Maybe this is what the tuners was waiting for, and e85 capable ECU.
Its the same ecu.

It has taken two years for most of these companies have taken this long to start comming out with mods. I can't see myself waiting another year for this car to come out, then possible two years for proven mods to start hitting the market. That 8 HP increase wont offset the mods we have available today! Sweet engine though. I would be more impressed with they came out with a new Transmission. I have some serious concersns about the M6 in the LT.

Had to do some research on this one. That's pretty depressing, lol. But I guess you can't stop technology from improving
Is it worth waiting for the 2012's or should I go ahead and get a 2010 V6 like I had planned?

What don't you like about the M6? Just curious since I've only heard good things.

Nice, but i really dont give a racoons @$$ if aftermarket companies leave the LLT for the LFX. I got my mods that i wanted and im satisfied w/ the hp i got. What we do need is torque as mentioned above.

Dont rush to conclusions guys, Im sure that there will be more mods for the 2010/2011 Camaro on the way.

If not we always have the right to complain! Dont we?

What would have mattered more to me and MANY others is a new tranny instead.

If you like the current car buy it. I love mine and am not bothered one bit by the new powerplant being offered. Knowing GM, it'll probably be heavier so that little bit of HP/TQ won't make any difference in the real world. What GM should do, instead of adding more power, is take 500-800 lbs. out of it. That would make a difference.

The engine will be lighter than the LLT (20 lbs), but who knows about the total car. They do seem to have a way of adding a lot of weight to these things...
