red jewel is darker then crystal red. dont think i have a pic of it but i have seen my wifes hhr next to an rjt camaro and rjt is quite a bit darker. both show dirt almost as bad as black does.

Here are two pics of our Cruze LTZ RS in CRT. Pix don't really show the color. In person the Metalllic really is bright in the sun.Like two different colors.

saw this on a cruze in the sun and was BLOWN AWAY! Great choice by GM to offer this colour.

Just spoke to my salesman from my black camaro and he said that it's going to be a color on the 2012's but you just cant order it yet.

Crystal Red Tintcoat is darker than Victory Red, but lighter than Red Jewel Tintcoat, but it's closer to Red Jewel.

It's a matter of personal taste, but I'd go with either white or silver.

Much better color IMHO than red jewel or victory red. I don't think you could go wrong with CRT.

Hey man, ive been looking at getting a new camaro for a couple years now, and have been dead set on VR because RJT was too dark or maroon for my taste. Until CRT came out. I know that its only a little different than RJT but its for the better, its lighter, more candy apple, than dark maroon. Ive also heard people say that RJT has gold in it, and CRT has silver, if thats true, then thats part of why its better suited for me.

I went to a dealer and CRT on a cruze next to VR on a camaro, made the VR look flat. The CRT had so much depth and shine.

What I wanted it basically VR with metallic flake in it, and the "tintcoat", and CRT is probably as close as we will get.

Now, in direct sunlight, CRT wins by a mile, in the shade or really overcast, VR wins by a small margin. So overall, CRT (IMO) is overall better. I also want to go with a black and red scheme, and the deep red with black looks awesome.

If you wanted to get lighter stripes liek white or silver, id still recommend VR.

Thats my opinion

***After talkin to Fbodfather, and a couple of dealers. CRT should be avail to order within a month.
