Maybe I am missing something. The posts above highlight my point. The crankcase air/oil must pass through a filter type element in order to seperate oil from air. If there is not filtration then it will be a waste. I do not know how all of these cans work but give it some thought brfore you buy.

This is at 500 miles on my odometer. I installed it the day I bought the car and was keeping it under break-in parameters.

The problem with most mesh filters is they have the outlet fitting only 1" or so from the mesh (some even have them in the same chamber!) and as the mesh becomes staurated and the droplets are falling off some gets (depending on the can) pulled through. We tried the mesh/media and the pull through test showed it let more through than without. Thats why all the dispersion, separate chambers, and diverters condese the mist/vapor to droplets through condensation and the size allows the flow to slow enough to allow these to drop and accumulate in the containment chamber.

+1 for the RX.

I installed one almost in the same spot as yours because the dedicated fuel cell for the nitrous did not allow for it to be in the spot per normal directions. Used an existing hole with the included bracket and it did not require any modifications.
