Darth, don't be too disappointed. The RTR Stiffeners you have now do the same job as these new arms. You can upgrade the bushings in your arms (if you havent already) just like the bushings in these new arms. Bottom line: both products accomplish the same performance goals. These new arms will be slightly lighter overall, just as a side note. Either way, thanks for your business!

Thanks, Blair. It's just that the shop had dropped the entire rear end out of my car to do all the Pfadt stuff. I even had you coilovers installed last week. It was just my luck that I missed this product by a week. I'm sure the RTR stiffeners will do the job.

Here was part of my car a couple weeks ago.

For us novices that are enjoying many of your other products, would you mind sharing with us the benefits of the new Fabricated Rear Tie Rod versus the Adjustable Rear Tie Rod?

The adjustable rear tie rods that Pfadt offers rock but they are a more hard core part for dedicated road or drag race cars. Not because they are adjustable but because they create a hard connection that transmits quite a bit of noise into the cabin. Probably more noise than a street driven Camaro will want. These new fabricated tie rods utilize graphite impregnated polyurethane bushings that prevent noise transmission. It is just a different part for a different application. Street versus track.

Thanks for the explanation Chase - it's nice to have options on how far we want to go with our cars.

No problem, that is what I'm here for. When modifying your car it is very important to select the correct component for your intended use. Feel free to shoot me a PM any time you have a question.

The adjustable toe control links are still streetable. Like Chase said, they are a bit harsher and transmit more noise than their new fabricated counterpart. They do make alignments extremely easy, and don't allow for any deflection along that axis.

I recently drove 500 miles each way from Salt Lake City to Vegas for the Super Chevy Show in our development Camaro. After 3 days and 1000 miles I can safely say that the aggressive exhaust we installed was much more obtrusive than the Spherical Toe Control links we had on the car.

1000 miles? In 3 days? That it?

Just kidding, but I do concur with what you said! Even after thousands of miles on poor roads in cars with and without I can honestly say that they are 100% streetable as well.
