"There will not be 3 engine options"
Originally I had heard that there will likely be 2 V6's and 1 V8. Now, what do you think is more likely, droping a v6 or adding a v8? We all want multiple v8's but look at the stang, the normal mustangs from ford not the specials

More and more vehicles are starting to offer 3 choices, like the cobalt did, it used to offer a 2.4, a 2.2, and a 2.0L engine...why not add one more to Camaro? the "base V8"

So long as the 'base V8' is at least 400hp I'll be happy. I couldn't care less how much the 'top V8' has as it'll probably be priced out of my range.

Wasn't there already discussion/speculation about two V6s and two V8 options?

I just love how we get off topic in just about every forum...I'm guilty too...I know...

That wasn't an attempt to jab at Rock either. I hope he got that by way of the smiley.

I try to keep it from veering off...and sometimes don't help now, do I? Yeah...if it's an engine thread that goes to a t-top thread, I change it over. Sometimes, the thread isn't all too specific in which rambling is okay...like this one...until the engine talk comes back up. I'd rather keep that in the engine thread just to keep it all together. Eeeek...

Ah, but it make it all the more interesting to try and keep track of what was said where. Things would be boring if we could find all the engine info in the engine info area. Anyway, has anyone noticed the irony about going off topic discussing off topic threads?

yeah! but I suppose that could be considered fair game...going off topic in an "off Topic" thread is hilarious, but (puts serious face on) Natural...
