Thats 50% on your windshield!? It looks 5% probably cause all the other windows are dark as well. That def looks awesome. I may do this down the road, I have to take my car in anyway to get 1 window redone that my dad f'd up.

I still fail to see why you would even want to tint the windshield in the first place

Yup...to me not tinting your windshield is dumb...I think it looks retarded to have all your Windows tinted except for the biggest window on the entire car..that's just my personal opinion and we all know what they say about opinions

Yeah...Stupid to not tint the window that will show the oncoming obstacle you're about to hit...

You do know that 50% tint is almost nothing right? I mean I have 35% on everything and a 35% brow and I can see out all of my windows perfectly fine at night. Unless you put 5% on your windshield you really aren't going to run into any problems.

Yea I can see fine at night...with our xenon lights you would have to be legally blind to not see out of a window that has 50 percent on it..

I have the windshield tinted 50% and the top strip 15%. The sides are all 15%. . . I love it and it doesn't affect the lights at all.

Here's a tip that my tinter taught me. . . don't stick the registration and stuff to the windshield tint beacause you will fu*k the tint up when replacing these stickers. Put it on the clear plastic that adheres to the windshield and can come on and off (like a window decoration- not sure of the technical term for this) You can buy this clear plastic at some car washes its sold as a registration protector and is intended to be used slightly differently. This also works great for transferring beach passes or things between cars . . . basically it looks permanently stuck on to the windshield but it isn't

The best part is most of the cop cars around me all have 5% tint on all the windows. Luckily they havent gotten me cause Im sure I'd flip if a cop w/ 5% tint on his windows pulled me over for mine.
NJ does have medical exemption, I had the form about a 1 1/2 ago but sold the vehicle that I had tint on, so I never went forward with it.

Good to know chatoic.. Registration was something I never thought of in terms of how they did it and how itd get f'd up in the tint was done on a windshield. Not sure what you mean by the plastic protector though. Any links to this product so I can understand a bit better?
