visibility with tinted windows?

so we all know that the camaro has terrible visibility as it is.... do any of you have tinted windows... if so what % and do you think it dramatically impacts your already limited visibility?

do any of you have your back or front windshield tinted also? ...

im thinking about getting my windows tinted, but Im not sure what % (the state maximum is 28% so i was thinking of getting like a 35% or so... maybe lower) ... any comments would be great

Florida is 15% and nothing on the windshield ..... Typically I run 20 % on all my cars. It's great during the day, but sometimes I need to roll my window down at night when pulling out in traffic to judge distance better .....

If anyone with tinted windows feels like posting pictures and their tint %, I think some of us (me included) would appreciate it.

35% looks pretty good, and is low - "legally" you can go here.

Sling shot,You are incorrect, Florida is 28 percent. I know , I write the citations. Yes you can have tint on the front windshiels, but not past the AS/1 portion of the windshield.

I stand corrected they changed the numbers.... it's 28 on side windows and 15 in back of driver ( rear sides and rear)

Get 20%. 35 is usually the legal limit unless youre in a huge liberal america-hating state that makes it like 50% but 20% is generally seen as the best balance of visibility and tint.

i've got 20 sides and back, and think it's just right. I believe NC legal is 35. Darker than that and it may reduce your visibility a little, especially at night obviously, and increases your chances of getting pulled over for it. You should never do your windshield. you'd be hard pressed to find a legitimate tint place that would do it anyway.

Here are some pictures of my car. I have legal for Florida on it. Looks darker than it is with the black interior. I do have the sun strip on the windshield, helps with the heat.

I have 20% on sides and back, nothing on windshield. I don't think any tint is legal in PA. As far as seeing out the windows, day no problem, night depends on the situation (dark area no street lights need to back up, it sucks).

I am sorry about my pic, it's probably gonna be big, I don't know how to resize it.
