Middle aged geezer here. I am sitting in the 130/80 range. However my resting pulse us good at 68.

Interesting, I just had mine done on Tuesday and was 116/60 with a resting pulse of 69.

I thought it was pretty decent for a 42 year old.

The top number should be between 100-120, but ideally less than 115 (90-100 is "low normal", okay for athletes and kids).

The bottom number should be between 65-80 (may be as low as 60 in athletes).
