I know of at least a couple companies that state they don't believe SFCs are necessary. The subject of STBs are still up to debate between the two, however, seeing them both agree in the past regarding SFCs really leads me to believe they aren't necessary unless you're making a race car, so long as all of the bushings have been addressed.
I wish it would be possible to quantify the addition of SFCs, and while I know they worked on the 4th Gen (I had two, both with KBDD and SLP SFCs), that car was nowhere near as stiff as the 5th Gen. It is nice there are some SFC options that are really affordable, so aside from a little money and a little weight, there's not much to lose, so if you feel better about the car with the addition of them, then why not? Will the mass of the 5th Gen, I have a hard time believing they are really worth it, however, I can't offer any data on the matter; it's just a humble opinion. It sounds like you've already taken care of all the low-hanging fruit, and if you can spend a few hundred bucks on SFCs for a little piece of mind, I say do it. If you had run solid rear subframe bushings, I'd say the style of brace that ties the rear subframe into the floor wouldn't probably be justified due to price, however, if you can afford it - I stay triangulate and stiffen the chassis as much as possible. Otherwise, that's just wasted energy that could help your car perform better. JMVHO.

I have the Hotchkis with my FI and full suspension upgrade. The only time i notice a difference is my launch at the strip. Before with pics you could see my car twisting off the line. Now with both a SFC and a strut tower brace... that twist is greatly reduce/eliminated. I bought them as insurance to hopefully keep from breaking anything. Nothing has broke yet (except the trans :( ) with had nothing to do with twist.
