They rarely give accurate info.

Don't make yourselves crazy. When you see the car on the ground at your dealer, that's the only time you will be sure it's there. Any other information given beforehand is purely speculation. This is from actual experience with GM. They have told me that a car was still on the truck when it was actually on the ground at my store.

I called Customer service and they gave me a real TPW!

Hey Everyone some good news! You can now call Chevrolet Customer service to check the status of your order since production has officially started. I called 800-222-1020 and spoke to a Monica. She put me on hold and came back with a TPW for me of 4/6/2009!

So give them a call and post your TPW

The Only thing is my dealer was giving me a TPP of (week of 3/16 or 3/23) Reality is 2 weeks later than expected, I can live with that , so heads up check with these guys too to be sure.

Its feels good to have a real TPW finally!!

Also, Sienas guestimate per RPO is TPW of 3/23 Both of our orders are still at 3000 as is siena on RPO's thread I wonder what the reality of that car is RPO?




when did you Place an order for your camaro??? Date?

i called again... was on hold for 20+ mins with 2 different people...
They wanted to call my dealer to find out my event code! (on my 2009 Camaro)

i give them a FAIL


but maybe the joke is on me.

now for my next question:
does GM farm out their customer service to Mumbai? (seriously)

Why oh Why?
Windshield=10" vertical
mirror= 3 7/8" (that's almost 4") vertical
that means that the mirror is 38.75% the size of the vertical windshield...
it sure seems like the ratio could be better... just sayin....

Wow looks like everyone is having bad luck?

I guess my nun had tits or whatever you guys are saying hahaa

Ordered 10/15/2008 2ss IOM in and out. Originally ordered 10/13 but changed from 1 to 2ss so new order was placed.

called 800-222-1020
said no to calling about roadside

said other issues 2times

and got trsfd to a rep.

Monica @ 1-866-790-5600 ext 11966 is her info call away.

Or call that 866 # and say do not know extension and get someone else

why the animosity to your fellow chevrolet employee?

I was simply trying let people aware of the customer service route working for me. take it how it is, I have my file # and rep. And why would a hound a customer service rep , when I have my dealer for that.

This info was for those with Idiot and mum dealers whom lack information.
