Must of missed that "let me see the junk in your trunk the other day

You must of missed out on that post the other day "show me the junk in your trunk " Ha Ha ! Seriously though I know what you mean. Pick out the furtherest parking spot in a lot and low and behold when you come out some piece of shit will be parked next to you.
I went to a major retailer and parked in the last parking spot high on the hill next to the diagonal no parking lines. When I came out someone had pushed a shopping cart all the way uphill. There was not a car with in 40-50 feet of me and someone had placed the shopping cart further up hill near my front end. Then they propped it against the light post cement foundation but made sure the rear wheel was in a depression in the asphalt so it would not roll out and hit my car.It was done for sure too piss me off.And it did.
Strange sense of humor some people.

lol. no. just stuck at work. went to my car on break to grab some poptarts and this is what i saw. i really have nothing better to do at work than post here. figured i'd see if anyone had any suggestions for dealing with people like this. i'm honestly not raging as indicated by my poor attempts at humor (see tire inflator flail and trunk picture.) i genuinely do wonder why people park like this though.

@buzzy: that's crazy that someone would go that far out of their way to do that :(

Some kids will do this they think it's funny, usually though they do it to your drivers door and try to get SO close you have to enter your vehicle from the passenger side!

This happens about 90% of the time we go to target or the mall. Doesn't matter if we take my Camaro or my wife's X5. We'll park like the OP and we make small personal bets on not if, but what color the car will be that's parked next to us.

Freaking parking magnets!

I've noticed packaging getting smaller in size and quantity but staying the same price. . . space and time = money. . . maybe someones paying someone to run around and repaint the spaces smaller!

This happens to me all the time too...arrrrrgh!!!

I go way out of my way to park all the way out there by myself in one spot, and lo and behold, I come back to someone parked right next to me, even though there are a ton of other parking spots!!!

I've come to the conclusion that people are so amazed at our cars, that they pull up next to us to check them out because they are too lazy to get another spot away from our cars and walk over to take a look...does that make sense to anyone?

Let me guess... the poptarts were in your trunk.

Someone did that to me in a hotel parking lot while on vacation. Couldn't even fit myself between the two cars, let alone open the door.

As for what can be done about people who do that....you know those little tools tire shops have that allow you to screw the valves out of valve stems. I'm sure one of those will fit into the trunk too.

Who leaves their trunk in such disarray? That is the greater shame here!

I'd be more concerned with that trunk.
Exactly. That trunk shows you do not really care about your car anyways.

I don't see the problem with what the guy did. It looks like he's in his space. Unless you own the parking garage and tell everyone where to park, well then you have no right to tell him were to park.
