I've had the exact same issue for many months. I've tried to work through it with (RPI) who I bought it from and the mfg for a while with no luck. I've even brought it to a very high quality body shop in Houston and they couldn't get it to work either. The passenger side seams to be the worse on all the ones I've seen. I've lost faith in getting it to work so I'm looking for a replacement that will cover the area left from the Havoc. It's really too bad we can't these to work I do like the style.

For what it's worth, the Havoc spoiler was the WORST quality urethane aftermarket part I've ever seen right out of the box. There were small pinholes, uneven surfaces, sanded parts that were very close to going completely through the urethane, etc. It would have cost an arm and a leg just to get it properly prepped for paint. I will no never purchase a product from IVS again. The price isn't cheap, and it made it even worst that it was a pile of crap out of the box.

So, I sent that pile back and purchased the MPD-1 spoiler. It was absolutely perfect and required very little be ready for paint. It also flows very nicely with the stock body lines. Do yourself a favor, and send the Havoc spoiler back, or sell it.

Agreed. It's by far my favorite spoiler. IVS has not responded to any of my emails. And I'm not even going to bother the vendor I bought it from. It's not their fault in anyway.

So many dissatisfied customers and IVS won't respond. That's unfortunate. You'll take our money, but not stand by your product. Good business practice.

May this be a lesson to anyone who comes across this thread, don't support IVS.

I have spoken to the lead guy there named "Adam", he said he has sold over 1750 of these and never had one returned, never the less I unformed him of so many camaro guys with fitment issues and that they cannot be all blamed on the install, he also told me RPI did not paint it correctly and mask off the proper areas, therefore leads to it not sitting correctly and pulling at the tape, so as I stand it is at the shop waiting to modify and try to fit it, "Adam" at IVS claims he will make sure I get satisfied with his product as he stands by it and claims the molding is fine as he has never had one returned. So we will see, I advised him there are many of us out there with similar issues and he said he was not aware of, so I encourage all of you to call IVS, and not let anyone pass the buck, weather it be RPI or IVS.

My body shop has tried to refit it twice and it keeps releasing in the back. Possibly defective? Or a design flaw?

Every single Havoc I've seen had a clear gap between the spoiler and the trunk. I keep hearing "it's supposed to fit that way." To me, that's like complementing the emperor on his invisible clothes.

My guess is they just went with the lowest bidding Chinese supplier and laughed all the way to the bank.
