It is a 1/6th scale Jarda 2006 Camaro concept R/C they are no longer made I bought mine in 2008. Here is my finished project. I paid around $100.00 for mine and it came with the remote and battery.

I'll have to get pics of mine tomorrow. Mine is more red jewel (maroon) and no stripes. These things really move too. If you 'floor' it from a dead stop it will spin the wheels before hooking. I got mine at walmart about three years ago. There was a whole pallet of them for like $120, then i went in one day and saw about four left marked down to $30 so i grabbed one. Wish i took all four now.
