Just updating; NO RESPONSE STILL... and yes I am passed the "amusing" stage at how they are "away" all weekend and have entered the "I got hosed" stage, yet, like many of you have mentioned they seem to be bumping sales threads all weekend on camaro5, funny isnt it. for a $500-$600 painted product I would think an action to rectify or reinbursement for post expenses I will now endure would be a priority.

We did recently move to a new shop. Phones took a week to get up.
I do not look at the entire forum each day, just found this, that is why i didnt reply earlier. If you dont like it just send it back for a complete refund. I did tell you this already. Our nee address RPI Designs 142 Westville Lake Beloit Ohio 44609 Thanks Josh |

Yes, RPI Designs will pay shipping and refund the customer in full.
We didnt reply to this customer sooner because it was Thanksgiving weekend. Today is Sunday ans I am watching this thread becausw the customer has still not repled to our PM explaining we will pay to have it shipped back. |

***UPDATE***To set the record straight I received a PM from RPI suggesting to send the spoiler back then receive a refund obviously after my threads began to work there way through Camaro5, However I must point out this is a good week and half after repeaded unanswered phone calls and unreturned messages, TO DATE I still have not received a phone call to discuss the matter. The spoiler remains at the chevy dealer where they were attempting to correct molding fitment and paint issues, obviously with no reply from RPI till a few days ago I had no choice and had to act and do something , then sit back day after day with no response and not try to correct this problem and lose my money. I will update further when I hear word back from dealer on where to go from here, obviously, install and striping money was spent as well, wonder who will refund that?? Stay tuned...

UPDATE Plan on returning the havoc to RPI on tuesday and getting a refund as the body shop would prefer not to attempt fix paint and molding,plan on finding another company and spoiler to purchase and do business with. Anything similar in style would be a plus as I liked the look.
