Ohh and as far as interior comfort. I set in the car for only a second but the feel was great. I had to move alone quickly because there was a line of people waiting there turn.

I would say over all this car had more people at it than any other car at any given time.

Anyone else bugged by the kids in the first picture picking at the weatherstriping and leaning against the door? That's a big no-no with my kids.

WOW!!! That looks great. This car is going to be a head turner for sure. I just hope I don't get to many hand prints on mine.

yeah also saw IOM for the first time yesterday. Having seen this color only in pictures before, I wasn't really a fan of it. But after seeing it in person yesterday I really like it. It looks much much better in person. I can only imagine how great it looks in sunlight!

Dude, I think trying to keep how cool IOM is a secret is going to be tough... Im thinking there are at LEAST 1500 of the 14000 that will be Orange.. .and im probably underestimating.

This color is SOOOO cool.... I was debating it as well. but after seeing it on a solstice i was just blown away...

I agree with you but in defense of the one picking at the weatherstriping I think he may be playing with the door lock pin.

As for the PICS I have seen IOM on a soltice and these pics come the closests to the true color that I have seen yet.

This car had actually already been scratched by someone on the driver rear quarter panel. I am sure that the car dealers expect that since its open to the public and people have little to no respect for other peoples property.

Shows like a new car show tend to attract the average person just interested in whats new out. It amazes me at how some of these parents let there kids climb around in the cars playing with every knob, button or lever possible while not even watching them.

The kids in this picture may be close on the car and one playing with the windowseal but there actions are no worse than a large majority of the adults that attend these shows. They were actually well behaved and careful.

Now there was a kid over in the toyota area that made me shake my head. His dad was paying him no attention while he was playing all the buttons and knobs on the dash like it was a video game while he jumped around in the seat. I understand Hyperactive kids act out alittle as I was one growing up. But my Dad still made me act right in public and show respect. Other wise I caught a beating right there and then. Guess what. Everyone of those beatings were well deserved and I like to think my success to being raised the way I was.

I want the stripes on the IOM Camaro I wind up getting. I am not sure what looks better, the black or white against this color? What do you guys think?

I think both White or Black look good. Bad thing is GM does not offer white stripes.

I am so glad to read your post - and you opinion on the IOM with having had Hugger Orange cars.

I have not seen a camaro in person and the first one I see will be my IOM....I too have been stressing about the color and weather or not I would love it....I know I will love the car I was just stressing over the color. Great photos and again thanks for sharing you opinion.
