Did the fuse pull. Car seems louder. Anyways.....the knock was louder and on both startups. Next start up is at a dealer. Thinking escondido or Ontario.

Yes he does. Same way. Hold down T/C button about 7 seconds and your in comp mode.

First off try a fuse pull.

Next are you holding the brakes while trying to burnout?
If so, your hitting the brakes too hard. The stall on the A6 is low so ease up on the brake.

Shut off T/C and if wanting serious smoke, depress brake a "bit" and burn away.

Lastly, put her in M mode and drop down to 1st and burnout.

The ONLY way you should not be able to burnout is with everything on, stomping on the brakes and getting nada.

No, just leaving work one day, one of the guys was like "can that thing roast em?"

I said "sure" and let her have it! No bleach, no anything on the pavement. I will say the speedo said 75-80ish by the time I let off.

Trust me its very common, especially in warm weather. I watched a 330 rwhp (bone stock) L99 A6s that couldn't spin the rear tires at all (TC off or everything off). But it was 85 degrees outside, smooth grippy road surface, and the car had new P-Zero tires. In the summer heat, the stock P-Zeros have excellent grip. Combine that with a warm grippy road surface and the wheels just grab and go.

My L99 A6 only made 319 rwhp bone stock. But it also could not spin the tires at all in summer conditions in S. Florida. The tires would just grip and the car would just take off.
I got my car tuned and the problem was solved. I still got a great hook in warm weather with the stock P-Zeros, but I could get them to spin off the line.

And I'm talking - mash the gas burn outs (not power braking burnouts).

Now I kind of miss those days. I just completely roast my tires when I mash the go pedal.
