Its not a wast of time

Im buying 1 when i finish with the house situation.say in about 2or3 months
Its not a wast of time when you drive on the road and people are screming out their windows saying NICE CAR MAN! its a great marketing tool to drive it in public. The car had only 6 miles on it. its not like im driving to canada and back. If you preorderd yur car Im sorry but I could have bought that ss right there so they are on the lots for sale just not that many yet. All in All it was still fun driving that v6 and pissin the pony boy off as i drove by.

thanx

I went to see my first Camaro yesterday and it was amazing. I had no intention of buying the car and just talked with the salesmen about it and he tried to, of course, trade in my Formula for it.

They werent allowing test drives either but they said I could sit in it and I declined. I will wait until they get their dealer V6 to play around in it or until they get more stock in on the lot.

Agreed. I sure hope that was setup and the salesman was in on it. If not, then that is just so wrong.

I got to drive it because I have one on order and told them I wanted to drive the V6 when they got it in, but they were also letting other people drive it. They really are a great dealer to work with.
It always seems that you are talking to me when you say stuff like that...lol

But yea i wouldn't expect to be able to test drive the SS.. now their V6 dealer car maybe.. I went to one dealer to look at one and they wouldn't even open the door.. But I finally got to drive one but attitude has alot to do with it also. It was cool that you were straight up with them about not buying but maybe the guy misunderstood you and thought you were a serious buyer? I dont know but you will get your chance eventually.

What were you thinking......Not only are these cars not broke in and it sounds like you might want to open one up but if it goes over 200 miles they have to sell as a demo rather than a new car. If you and 20 other guys like you took one out for a spin with no intention of buying that car.....well you do the math. I suppose this is all part of the new socialist feeling in our country. Grow up before you buy a house.....Oh maybe they will let you move in and see if you like it before you buy that too.
I easily agree. You gotta pay to play!

In the video, the salesman never knew what time it was until it was too late.

The test drive is essential when going thru the decision making process of car buying. No matter what time frame your purchase is in.

If you just want to test drive a fast powerful car that has litte or no mileage adleast ACT like youre serious about buying it...thats what i've done in the past many times but I was serious just didnt wanna buy a car from that dealership. I would go to a dealership you dont plan on buying the car from and adleast ACT as if your are serious about getting it.

I told him I cant cauz Im in the process of buying a house.
I'm not sure what he has to gain by taking the SS out of the showroom for a customer who isn't actually a customer. If I could go into dealerships and joyride their best cars all day without even thinking about buying...well, wouldn't that be great?

some of the Sales Reps are like this everywhere. us as loyal fans of Camaro5.com know alot more about this car than them. to them its just a car and a sale.
but its okay we will still buy the legend(2010 Camaro) .
