Mine had a misfire with about 6,000 miles on it. They could not find anything but did a 'software update' as they called it. I'm at 9,000 miles now and it has not happened again.

Mine started to misfire today but we got a ton of rain in San Antonio so I'm thinking the Injen didn't like. I have the aqua guard but I guess it wasn't enough either. A lot of water came out of the tube when I shut down the engine.

i only get a misfire when the car has cooled down, and i do a cold start. The car sputters pretty bad for the first 10-15 seconds and then thins out, but thats when my light comes on

I got the car back from the dealership. Changing the serpentine belt doesn't make a difference. So they just cleaned the intake valve. It took the dealership one week to do the work!

I don't think this will solve the problem. The dealership added fuel additive to the tank before, it doesn't help. And I asked the technician about the intake valves weeks ago, there is some deposit, but they are still fairly clean.

I called GM customer care. They can't help since the dealership can't find the cause of the problem. I am wondering how can I elevate this issue.

you can elivate it by writing an email at chevy, or gm themselves. Thats what I did when they blew my alpine amp and I got answers. They will probably tell you to try a different dealership at first. So maybe you should do that if you havent. I didnt read the entire post, sorry.

If you already had the re-flash done, they now have to diagnose cyl #1.
Coil valves lifters etc. something has to be causing it.

On a similar note, I don't get any codes when using the EZFlash software nor do any CEL lights come on, but I have the pillar gauges and the Aeroforce is set for intake air temp and misfires. Sometimes I'll see that I had like 3,4 or more misfires but there's no codes. Should this be something I should worry about?
