The wind screen does work well but as others have mentioned it does feel a little flimsy. That's why I leave mine installed and just fold it down when the top is up. For over $300 it seems like they should have built something a little more substantial. The "spears" that slide into the rear seat area are my biggest concern. That and the possibility of sticking something like my hand through the screen itself. Think of the whole contraption as a black PVC door screen you would have on your porch.

The spears do look flimsy, but they make some pretty tough plastics any more. I tell myself that the frame of this thing is a similar compound to a Glock frame, but who knows. It's the same color anyway.

Someone on here said they broke one of the spears and that's why I'm a little concerned about them.
