After reading AintQiks posting I might have to rethink the rushing home part from now on. But as far as looks I have been told a million times that these are some of the best rims people have seen on a vehicle. There are usually two types of individuals that purchase rims. Type 1 is looking for a light wheel for performance, Type 2 is looking for a wheel strictly on looks. I easily fall into the Type 2 Category. I did BTW keep my factory wheels and throw some Nitto NT05R for the strip. So far as peoples arguments about 22's being heavy and slow, I will tell you like I tell everyone else you put enough power behind them and they will move.

A big thumbs up to your entry man, that was one of the best I've read.

I may have to copy and paste that one from time to time! haha

The Camaro SS OEM wheel is a 1-piece cast aluminum wheel created in the same type of mold that any Giovanna or Vossen or Niche or any other cast wheel is created in. There are in fact a handful of wheels produced in Korea, but 90%+ of the cast aluminum wheels produced by any manufacturer are produced in China.

To answer your question, yes they will hold up just as well as any OEM wheel would, outside of the realm of a forged wheel on some of the high dollar exotics that we deal with. We have been in business for over 20 years guys, we haven't gotten where we are by selling poor quality or unsafe product. Paint blemishes do not speak of the safety or the "speed rating" of a wheel, they simply mean that there was blemish in the paint. There are in fact brands that are being peddled on this forum that we would never recommend or sell, it doesn;t mean we bash them we just choose to steer clear of them. Maybe the pictures below of the car we just finished this morning will give you an indication of the confidence we have in this product. Take it for what it is.

Sean what wheel is on the Ferrari? Do they have a fit for the Camaro?

Haha....That is the Giovanna Monza buddy!
That is the wheel that started this whole "Giovanna is the worst...." discussion.
Yes they do have a fitment for the Camaro, I have one set in stock in 22x9 and 22x10.5 and a couple sets of the 20x8.5 and 20x10 setup. The finish on the Ferrari is the matte graphite center with chrome lip which is what I am referring to as having in stock.

Me like, can you quote me the 20 x 8.5 and the 20 x 10 with the same tires as the first quote? I have some decisions to make
Thanks

That Matte Graphite will look nice as hell on the Black Carbon Metallic 45th..... The Graphite will go perfect with the Hood/Trunk stripes and the chrome lip will pop with the strong Metallic flakes that paint job gives off..... You might have a winner there buddy....

Yeah I apologize if what I have is not the norm. If I showed you the wheels that I have you would make the same comments I did. Let me further clarify that I have experience with one wheel set of these wheels not thousands like Sean says. But if these got past quality control I really don't know how. It's not paint, it's the finishing process after they were cast. I believe Sean if he says they are good, I'm just stuck with a very crappy set. He is a pretty stand up guy around here.

There may have been some problems with the rims you purchased. I have seen some C5'ers complain about chipping on the Factory 20's just as I have seen people complain about aftermarket wheels. I think its just the luck of the draw. Just as some people complain about engine ticking where as others say their Camaros are as quiet as hybrids. Anything that is mass produced is gonna have a few flawed sets that still pass QC. It sucks that you received a set. My rims where nicked when I receive them and one was also shipped without a centercap... Not that its as bad as the problems you encountered but I know the feeling of having something wrong with a product. I eventually found the centercap online while I found out Matte Black touch-up paint works wonders.... lol

Yeah I hear ya and I completely respect Sean jumping in. I'm actually glad he did as I'm much less worried about the structural integrety of these things than I was before. I can live with them.

Actually we offer a low pressure cast wheel which is not the same as a regular OEM cast wheel. The production technique is different and offers a stronger wheel than OEM.

We also offer an unmatched warranty.
