This is good to hear. I love my dealer; have never had a complaint with them. They really take care of me. Seems like that's hard to find nowadays!

If anyone knows a service center around SF Cali that is honest and fair we have a customer in need of a referall. He just moved there, went to have oil changed and brought his own K&N premium filter and was told they would void his warranty if they did not use a AC filter from them.......and this is the norm, not the exception, so lets keep the good experiances out in front of all here AND the crooks so we can steer members to the service departments that deserve your business.....and away from the BS artist's.

I was actually Bragging about my dealership, not complaining. They have done everything in their power to keep me as a customer and I really appreciate their services. But thanks for the concern and offer to help!

Tracy, Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City is like that. Their service director, Justin, is on top of customer service.

That is great to hear that you have a dealership that you are loyal to. If you would like me to send off praise to them, please provide me your first and last name, address, phone number, VIN and mileage. I am sure they would love to hear this.

I've found threads about this problem and GM addresses it as normal. Hoping someone will help out.

I apologize for the frustration that you may be experiencing. Have you had this diagnosed at your dealership? If so, I would like to research this concern further for you. I just need your first and last name, address, phone number, VIN, mileage and involved dealership.

I look forward to your reply!

Thank you.
I have not been diagnosed by a dealership yet. I intended to visit this last week but my noise disappeared.
I'll pay them a visit next week, noise or not, and get the ball rolling. I'll contact you once I let them check it out.
