Smile Give credit where credit is due!!

I just wanna brag on my dealerships service manager! I went in to address a discolored led halo on my 2010 SS/RS. I was worried from the beginning after reading on this forum that others with the same problem were having a horrible time getting it resolved under warranty. Well, I have to say I went in, showed him the problem, he agreed it looked like sh!t. And with no questions asked, ordered me a whole new headlight assembly (no charge) so that my halos will now match as they should. Sounds like I got lucky compared to most with the same problem. So, I just wanted to let poeple out there know that there really are still dealerships out there looking to satisfy customers. Thanks

That awesome for you i didn't have such a nice experience.
Today i was at my local dealer with a 2012 cruze eco that has a recall that they supposedly fixed last week but when my dad got under the car he noticed they did a terrible job. So when i went back i asked them to clean it up. The service manager said its the bottom of a car it doesn't need to look pretty. I said yea well its a brand new car it needs to look like one. 20 minuets later they had me under the left looking at the car to approve. I must say they were not happy with me and i was not happy with his attitude or the way he treats customers

I get a popping noise from my front driver side while turning at low speeds.(although this week it's stopped the noise)
I've found threads about this problem and GM addresses it as normal. Hoping someone will help out.

These we need to here more of!!! This is a dealership members should patronize....and avoid the scum bag ones. This is the service every GM dealer should provide IMHO.....keeps customers loyal.

I am sorry to hear of the bad experience you experienced at your dealership. If you would like me to look into this for you, please send me your first and last name, address, phone number, VIN, mileage and involved dealership.

I look forward to your response!
